While equipment needs are minimal, you will achieve the most benefits from performing the exercises with the same tools as in the videos.

4 - 6ft stick (wood or pvc)

Foam Roller - tall

Foam Roller - short (as an alternative)

Kettle Bell/Dumbell (weight depends on level)

ALL YOU NEED IS GRAVITY

As we become more adept at working out in our personal spaces and taking advantage of outdoor areas, we can incorporate integral elements into our workouts.  Add in a band and suddenly a tree, a bench, a light post, or your kitchen chair, and the banister of a staircase become the equipment of your "gym".  Need more ideas?
